Business Development Manager
Own revenue growth by acquiring customers and building channel partnerships for CyberArmy AutoFix and Swarm. Create repeatable sales motions targeting enterprise security teams (AutoFix) and startups and growing companies (Swarm).
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline via outbound, events, and referrals for both AutoFix (enterprise) and Swarm (startups and growing companies)
- Run discovery, scoping, and proposals with the security team
- Develop MSP/MSSP and cloud marketplace partnerships
- Maintain CRM hygiene; own forecast, metrics, and stage progression
- Coordinate marketing programs — case studies, webinars, demand gen
Must-have
- 2–5+ years in B2B security or SaaS business development or sales
- Proven new-logo acquisition and partnership building
- Strong written communication for cold outreach, proposals, and SOWs
- Comfortable discussing penetration testing, autonomous remediation, and compliance
Nice-to-have
- Selling to CTO/CISO/VP Eng at enterprise companies for AutoFix, and to engineering and security leads at startups for Swarm
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and OWASP frameworks
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience; sequencing and cadence tools
- Network within MSP/MSSP/channel ecosystems
